Heritage Communities is excited to welcome Rhonda Thiel to our team, as Regional Director of Operations. Rhonda will support the sales process, resident experience and overall efficiencies of our Arizona communities (Orchard Pointe communities). With over 15 years of experience working in healthcare, Rhonda is an innovative and entrepreneurial leader who inspires, coaches and supports her teams.  Rhonda has worked in every facet of senior living starting in college when she worked in Rehab and Skilled Nursing as well as in the hospital setting.  From food service to activities to the front desk, Rhonda grew her career from the ground up. Her front-line experience gives her a unique understanding of how communities operate optimally.  Rhonda held her first Executive Director role in 2003 and most recently was the Regional Director of Operations for a large senior living organization.  Starting with Heritage Communities this September, her goal is to unite her experiences to create incredible places for healthcare employees to work and residents to live their best life!

Rhonda specializes in new developments and has been an integral leader throughout her career opening Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.  Rhonda has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Rhonda is motivated by her family- who have also dedicated their lives to the healthcare industry and hopes to extend that legacy with Heritage. Alongside her supportive husband of 20 years, Rhonda is a proud mom of two boys and two adopted girls.
