With the concentrated focus on COVID-19 (also referred to as Coronavirus) over the past several days, Heritage Communities is taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents, associates and guests.

Pandemic Planning Committee has been established comprised of leadership from our home office in Omaha, NE, that will monitor the situation as it continues to unfold across the world, as well as cities we operate in.

The committee has been created to address clinical preparations, operations, communications and processes should the situation become a higher threat to our residents.  The primary focus at the time is prevention and preparation in the event of an outbreak. We are working closely with local and government association to ensure we stay on top of unfolding updates and trends.

Safety and wellness of our residents and associates are our top priority. As we navigate this constantly-evolving situation, we remain focused on providing exceptional care and service for our residents. This includes sharing regular updates and information and taking any precautions required to limit the spread of illness or misinformation. We will update our website and Facebook page with new information as we continue to monitor the situation.

If you have any questions about our protocols, please contact us.
