We provide multiple levels of care at Orchard Pointe at Surprise to ensure each resident receives a wellness plan tailored to their needs. Before you move in, we’ll conduct a thorough points-based assessment to evaluate your loved one’s condition so we can offer help where it’s needed. This assessment will determine your Level of Care and outline your service plan. As time progresses, we keep a close eye on all our residents and report any unusual behavior in our weekly Spotlight meetings so we can determine what changes need to be made.

Snapshots^™ is a service specifically for our assisted living residents who experience cognitive impairment and are still able to live independently in their current apartment. Our associates help with hands-on cuing and assistance on an everyday basis while setting our residents up with activities and tasks that keep their minds engaged.

One of the top things our residents rave about is our full-service restaurant-style dining room and delicious meals and treats. Our culinary team freshly prepares daily specials alongside an everyday choices menu.  When you walk into Orchard Pointe at Surprise, you step into our main dining area, which doubles as an activity space and sitting room that serves as the social center of our community. We provide tasty meals during dining hours, and you will find a selection of snacks, light bites, and beverages throughout the day in the self-service cafe.
