Speak to Our Team

If you don’t need assistance with daily tasks but want the convenience, security, and social opportunities of a senior living community, independent living may be perfect for you! Unlike assisted living, which offers help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, independent living provides a lifestyle free from the burdens of cleaning the gutters and all the expensive quirks of home maintenance. You can enjoy private apartment homes, a variety of social and recreational activities, and access to communal amenities like dining services, fitness centers, and transportation.
Independent living may be the best choice if you’re looking to enjoy an active, worry-free lifestyle while always having the option to transition to more supportive care levels if you need to.

The answer varies as the cost of senior living changes based on the level of care, location, and specific services offered. Once we get to know you, your preferences, and your care needs, we can help you understand your options.  Give us a call at 402.603.0358
to get more details about our prices.

Assisted living is designed for seniors who need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management while still maintaining a level of independence. Memory care, on the other hand, is a specialized form of assisted living tailored to individuals living with dementia. Our secure memory care communities provide a higher level of supervision, structured activities, and environments to reduce confusion and keep your loved one safe.

Yes, we welcome small pets like cats and dogs to become part of our community! The joy and companionship that pets bring help us live up to our value of fun. We strive to make your furry friends feel right at home and part of our big family. Each community may have specific guidelines regarding pet policies, so we encourage you to check with your chosen Heritage community for more detailed information.

Our senior living communities offer a robust and regularly updated schedule of events and activities within and beyond our grounds. Your loved ones can enjoy frequent trips to local restaurants, shops, and attractions with wheelchair-accessible transportation, all based on their recommendations. Within the community, a wide selection of resident-led activities allows those you care about to find friend groups with shared interests, whether it’s reading, exercise, games, or faith-based programs.
We are always open to new ideas, so we encourage you to reach out if you’d like to help us create more exciting activities and experiences for our community.

Yes, visitors are welcome to stay overnight with their loved ones in their apartment homes. Some of our communities also offer reservable guest suites for a private and comfortable place for you to stay as a guest of our community while fully enjoying our amenities.
