Assisted Living Services

Our mission at Heritage Communities is to help each and every resident Live Better. We take an individual approach to each person who walks through our front doors, tailoring their experience to their needs and desires. We can help with a variety of day-to-day duties and regular responsibilities, including:

  • Bathing, showering, and grooming
  • Getting dressed
  • Help with support stockings, braces, splints, and prosthetics
  • Transfer and mobility assistance
  • Bathroom visits and incontinence care
  • Medication and diabetes management
  • Dining, including food preparation and delivery of meals to apartment
  • Personal safety pendant call system for 24-hour assistance
  • Off-site transportation with chairlift as needed
  • Pet care and feeding
  • Cognitive assistance through our Snapshots program

Health Care Services

Heritage Communities is also happy to help with your or your loved one’s health care needs. Here are some things we are able to assist with:

  • Collaboration with physicians, therapists, home health and hospice providers, and medical suppliers
  • Monitoring vitals, such as pulse rate and blood pressure
  • Ordering and management of medications, pills, inhalers, injections, drops, nasal sprays, and oxygen
  • Blood sugar checks and insulin injections
  • 24-hr emergency pendant call system
  • Coordination of long-term care insurance benefits
