What Are Recovery Stays?

Sometimes, you need a place to recover that isn’t your home, either because it’s too inaccessible or because you just need some more help before you’re ready to be on your own after a procedure. Heritage Communities offers short-term recovery stays for this exact situation. Whether you or your loved one has just been discharged but still needs time to slowly recover following a major medical event, you can comfortably get your strength back under our care. You’ll have access to meals, laundry, and more services and can participate in our social events.

Respite and Recovery Care Amenities

Our mission is to provide your loved one with the excellent care they need, along with a stimulating social environment. We offer stays extending from a couple of weeks up to three months with a carefully curated care plan to give them the helping hand they need. We treat all our residents to a first-class experience with the following services available:

  • Attentive and friendly team members on-site 24/7
  • Collaboration with physicians, therapists, home health and hospice providers, and medical suppliers
  • Medication management and supervision
  • Personal safety pendant call system for 24-hour assistance
  • Assistance with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming
