With growth in sight for Heritage Communities, the company announces two promotions of key leaders to new positions. These roles are integral to the growth and momentum of the organization, while allowing consistent focus on stability of the overall culture, experience and quality Heritage has become known for over the past 20 years.
Erin Albers has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience. In this role, Erin will focus heavily on the experience of residents and associates. She will develop and implement initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents and the overall experience of associates. Working closely with talent development and human resources, Erin will create opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and communication. Simultaneously, she will lead all projects related to streamlining dining, life enrichment and memory support programming exclusive to Heritage Communities.
“While we’re excited for growth potential in 2025, our priority remains focused on continuing to offer the highest quality of care and experience for those we serve,” stated Heritage Communities President, Nate Underwood. “We never want to lose sight of our highest honor, the residents, family members and associates who have chosen to live and work with us. With Erin’s passion and experience, I am confident her leadership and creativity will allow us to grow while maintaining the integrity of our service offerings and culture.”
Lacy Jungman has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Lacy will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing efforts, while supporting growth opportunities for the company. In addition to meeting company sales and revenue goals, she is also responsible for driving brand awareness, acquisition of new communities, innovative marketing strategies, market research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
“We have always been cautious about growing too fast or getting ‘top heavy’ as an organization,” said Farhan Khan, CEO. “But as we look to the future, the addition of a chief marketing officer is a critical component to our continued momentum. With Lacy’s industry experience and knowledge, in addition to her 11 years with the company, I am excited for her to lead our sales, marketing and growth efforts.”
In addition to these two promotions, Heritage Communities is also actively recruiting for a Vice President of Operations. This is a new position focused on supporting our regional teams and taking a leading role in operations-related policies, practices, standards and security measures. This career opportunity rounds out the executive leadership changes for the organization.
