At Heritage Ridge, our assisted living services are designed to prioritize the dignity and comfort of all residents while providing the highest quality care. Our process begins with an in-home visit to meet your loved one before they move in, allowing us to learn about their daily routines and preferences and assess their health and personal care needs. Based on this assessment, our healthcare services team will develop a comprehensive, personalized service plan and determine their Level of Care. Thanks to the lengthy tenure of our associates, our residents build strong, trusting relationships with their caregivers as they navigate their activities of daily living (ADLs).
Snapshots™, one of our specialty programs offered here at Heritage Ridge, is a unique tool we’ve designed to support individuals in assisted living experiencing mild cognitive impairment as we consider the potential of memory care in the future. Through meaningful one-on-one and small-group activities, enhanced care, and wellness checks, we can create consistency for our residents as they move between support levels while promoting brain health and wellness. Snapshots™ help your loved one stay engaged and feel supported through their changing support needs.
Personal Assisted Living Care Services
Our personal care services at Heritage Ridge include the following:
- Bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing
- Dining, including food preparation and delivery of meals to apartment home or an escort to the dining room or pub

Meals are a time for joy, togetherness, and delicious eats here at Heritage Ridge. Our homey dining room is centrally located, connecting all areas of care to create a common area for the community to eat together. Our chefs craft delicious, accommodating dishes in addition to an alternative menu so your loved one will always find something they can enjoy. Our dining room has open dining hours, so mealtime can be whatever time your loved one prefers.
We serve three meals a day in our rustic, wood-adorned dining room. As part of our special programming, we frequently travel to and cater cuisine from local restaurants, so there will always be something to look forward to. Our associates can accommodate in-room dining as well, and friends and family are always welcome to visit!

Heritage Ridge provides comprehensive mobility assistance services so you’ll never feel confined to your apartment home. Our compassionate associates offer support for residents to travel around the community, get in and out of beds and chairs, utilize scheduled transportation services that feature chair lifts, and more. The layout of our living community is square built around our secure courtyard and the hallways form a loop so your loved one can always find their way back to their room even if they miss the elevator the first time around.
Healthcare Services
We offer a range of health care services at Heritage Ridge in Bellevue, NE, including:
- Ordering, setting up, and administering medications, inhalers, injections, nasal sprays, oxygen, and eye, ear, and nose drops
- Blood sugar checks and insulin injections
- Monitoring pulse rate, blood pressure, and weight
