Our Care Philosophy for Assisted Living

The Heritage at Fountain Point provides high-quality care to residents who might need additional support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Our attentive caregivers discreetly give support so our residents can maintain their independence while receiving the help they need to make their lives a little easier, step by step.

Before moving to The Heritage at Fountain Point, our dedicated team will schedule a meeting with you and your loved one in their home to gain insights into their preferences, daily routines, and overall health. Following this, our health care services team will develop tailored service plans and determine the Level of Care necessary to ensure their needs are met with personalized care and attention.

Snapshots is a program we offer to assisted living residents with mild cognitive impairment who do not need the full supervision of memory support. Through ongoing health assessments, tailored activities in small group settings, and one-on-one interactions, our goal is to keep our residents active and engaged while receiving the mental and emotional support they need within our warm, welcoming community.
