The staff at Heritage is exceptional. The nurse and med aids are always friendly, professional and treat my parents like family. They are sure to call the family with any questions or changes in our parents’ status. The activities that are planned are plentiful so mom and dad can decide which activities they want to be involved with. The physical therapist that comes to the building also have workout sessions for any of the residents to be involved in. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are also exemplary. The food is good and the rooms are clean. They also have a personal relationship with the residents and their families. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a great place for themselves or a family member.

They treat my husband so nice. I have never seen them be upset with anyone. I can’t see how they can be so kind to everyone. We have to be so thankful for the staff!

We are brand new to using this facility for my parents, and so far, the staff has been nothing short of awesome! I look forward to continuing the partnership to care for my parents during the autumn of their life!

My father is at The Heritage at Fountain Point. All the workers are very friendly, and they do anything for my dad’s needs. They’re there right away. It’s a beautiful facility. It doesn’t feel like a senior center. I like the beauty of it and the convenience. The food is very good, and I like that there’s an option. A lot of times my dad doesn’t like what the special of the day is, so he can order off the menu from about six or seven different options. They’re very friendly and very courteous. They get the citizens out in their caravan bus to different places, like there might be a movie they take them to once a month. They’d take them to casinos and stuff like that. One time, they just went for a drive around town just to get them out. They have root beer floats certain times, and they have an exercise program for the senior citizens. He has an apartment, and he has some care. Everything’s new and nice.

not a twin. Not only is the facility beautiful but the people I have dealt with have been WONDERFUL! Jennifer Berg is amazing…she is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I might have regarding my father’s care. Maria in memory Care was also extremely helpful. Feels good knowing my father is in great hands! What a blessing!
