Our Care Philosophy for Assisted Living

Grounded in personalized support and a deep respect for each resident’s independence, we are committed to enhancing the well-being of our residents by providing comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living. Prior to moving in, our care team will meet with you and your loved one to assess your needs and understand what Living Better looks like for you – your preferences and goals. This assessment will determine your Level of Care. This personalized approach allows us to alleviate the stress of ADLs and build a service plan tailored specifically to your loved one, enabling residents to live comfortably and confidently in our secure environment.

Integral to our care philosophy is our exclusive Snapshots program, designed for assisted living residents with mild cognitive impairment. This program promotes brain health and wellness through thoughtfully designed interactions and social engagement opportunities. Increased supportive cues and reminders help residents navigate their daily routines successfully, fostering a sense of independence and keeping our residents active.

Healthcare Services

Our health care services team offers  support that meets the needs of your loved ones without restricting their opportunities to enjoy our community to the fullest. Regular health monitoring, such as checking vital signs, blood sugar checks and insulin injections, allows us to stay on top of our resident’s health needs and respond promptly to any changes while crafting a long-term plan that promotes physical, mental, and social wellness.

Our team has weekly Spotlight meetings to monitor any changes in our residents’ behavior or needs, adjusting care plans as necessary and keeping families informed. We collaborate closely with your loved one’s medical providers to ensure a seamless and continuous approach to care from the moment they join our community.
