Family Involvement and Support

We embrace the significant impact that loved ones’ support and familiarity can have on the well-being of our residents. As we get to know you and your family better, we encourage you to share your loved one’s stories, preferences and needs with our care team to help us provide more personalized and effective care from the very first day.

Our Spotlight process ensures all residents are carefully monitored for any changes in condition that may require adjustments to their care plans. Various associates and team members involved in your loved one’s care meet weekly to proactively discuss any variations in routines, demeanor, and health.

After these meetings, we maintain open lines of communication with you, providing regular updates on your loved one’s well-being and progress. We’ll also offer support resources such as support group meetings, one-on-one sessions with social workers, and educational programs to help families navigate the challenges of memory loss.
