We work closely with your physical therapists and primary care physicians to ensure a seamless transition and provide continued therapy and support. At Heritage Pointe, we strive to create a home away from home for your loved one. Whether they’re visiting for a couple of weeks or an extended stay, our team at Heritage Pointe will ensure a comfortable and homelike living environment. Our personalized care services include:

  • Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, showering, and grooming
  • Off-site transportation equipped with a chairlift as needed

During your loved one’s stay, they’ll enjoy the same amenities as our full-time residents, from three delicious meals daily in our cozy dining room to leisure time in our quaint and beautiful courtyard with mature trees, a flower garden, and vegetable plants. They can join in on trips, activities, events, and on-site religious services and have access to housekeeping and laundry services.
