I toured Heritage Pointe. It was very clean and very bright. All the employees there spoke to me as we went through. The room sizes were good. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. The person who took me around was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They have a large courtyard. They served three meals a day.

I toured the facility and brought my mother to tour. I was impressed with everyone I met from the ladies at the desk, to the staff we passed, the dining room staff and Kristina the sales specialist. I was treated with such kindness during my search for an assisted living facility for my mother. Many residents stopped to talk to us and made us feel so welcomed. My mother did not pick this facility but it was the place I would have chosen. I can’t explain how kind everyone was. I appreciate the time this facility gave me and returned my phone calls promptly. It was such a positive experience.
