When we opened our first senior living community in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2002, our goal was to create retirement livat Heritage Pointeing options in the Midwest that reflected what our communities, our residents, and their family members told us they really wanted.

2022 marks our twentieth year in business and the opening of our 15th Heritage Community. We operate communities in Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas. Our communities offer a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Respite Care.
