As a professional photographer, I work with a variety of senior living facilities and by far, Heritage Communities and all of their Orchard Pointe locations, including the one here at Arrowhead, are at the top of their class! There is so much JOY in the residents and the teams that work with them and there is a true sense of comradery, family and connection. As seniors age, mental and physical capacity may become diminished, but there is still so much spark in the residents I have worked with here and I truly believe it’s because the teams working for the communities foster such a wonderful spirit of love and togetherness. They speak hopefully, lovingly and faithfully and it really reflects in the faces and eyes of those who live here. They are committed to loving the residents and you see it! I am not just saying this because I have worked with them for several years doing marketing photography, but because I truly do see a special difference in these communities. Heritage is truly top-notch and a place I’ve already started comfortably to family friends, because I believe they have something truly special.

Beautiful and clean facility. They have assisted living and memory care. Every staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and well taken care of. The food served is very good; I definitely recommend this facility.

As a caregiver for a loved one whose needs are changing as Alzheimer’s progresses, I’ve found Shelly Drews to be an exceptional resource. She understands exactly what those with dementia need at different stages, as what their caregivers need for themselves and their loved ones. Shelly is definitely an asset.

Love the community! Can’t say enough positive things about Orchard Pointe. I am an outside vendor who visits and I see how they educate and care for their staff. This translates to the treatment of the residents. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. Great community!

Glendale with its dynamic entertainment facilities makes it easy for families to share time with their loved ones at the beautiful Orchard Pointe Assisted Living Facility. Orchard Pointe is an easy, well-laid out facility that will enhance its residents’ ability to continue to live meaningful lives and for their families to share nearby amenities.

Dad is at Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead. We chose this community because it was small, very cozy, and personalized. So, it didn’t feel like a number. You feel more like a part of a family. It’s gorgeous and clean as can be. It’s beautiful, bright, and sunny. We looked at probably eight or nine assisted living places before we chose this one and it’s the nicest of all. The food is excellent. Dad loves it. We ate there, too, and the food is fresh and good. There are many choices and if we don’t like what they’re serving, they’ll make whatever you feel like eating. They’re very accommodating. Every day they have something new. They either do movie nights, crafts, community get-togethers, bring people in for shows, or take you out if you want to go out. Their activity director is young, wonderful, and vivacious. I would live there myself. It’s the neatest, most up-to-date, well-decorated, and well-maintained place.
