When you live at Orchard Pointe at Terrazza, you’re truly able to forge your own path. Our events calendar offers a variety of engaging activities and recreational opportunities to promote mental stimulation and build up a sense of community. Friends and family are always welcome to join us, too. So if you find yourself loving one of our weekly events, feel free to give them an invite!

Some of the most popular activities we host involve the entire community coming together. One such example is our famous “Margarita Mystery” series, where we host a whodunit-style murder mystery game where residents work together to solve a pretend crime. We also host weekly music classes to stimulate both our minds and our bodies, including Music-Muscle-Memory, Boomwhackers, bell choir, and cardio-drumming. Best of all, we frequently take suggestions from our residents on ideas for things to do, so the possibilities are endless!

Near Orchard Pointe at Terrazza in Peoria, AZ


Our Peoria senior living community is located in a great spot on the northern side of the Phoenix metropolitan area. We’re surrounded by beautiful desert landscapes and mountains, with many visible from inside our building. This includes the famous Prayer Hill, which features a large cross you can see from the west side of our property.

Orchard Pointe at Terrazza is just a short 10-minute drive from Abrazo Peoria Emergency Center, Banner Health Center, Arrowhead Orchards Medical Center, Arrowhead Professional Medical Center, and only 19 minutes to HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing Medical Center.

Orchard Pointe at Terrazza is surrounded by many local businesses within walking distance. Since we’re located off the main road behind them, our residents can take a leisurely stroll to the store or get coffee whenever they’re able.

You’ll have no trouble getting your coffee fix when you or your loved one lives here, as we’re less than 500 feet away from Starbucks and Dunkin’. Some other businesses located near our senior living community in Peoria include Pizza Hut, Sonic Drive-In, and Biscuits Cafe, which is widely agreed upon as a favorite destination. Walmart and Fry’s are also close but not within walking distance.

When the weather permits, you can also take a morning walk or plan an afternoon picnic in one of the many nearby outdoor destinations. We’re right across the street from Terramar Park, not far from Palo Verde Park, and the Thunderbird Conservation Area is just a short drive away. During baseball season, be sure to check out the Peoria Sports Complex, where hundreds of famous ballplayers and coaches come together during MLB spring training.
