Orchard Pointe Communities accepts only private pay. Forms of payment accepted include private funds, long term care insurance, and Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits.

We have a variety of apartment home floor plans available that are all easily accessible and feature a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and ample living space.

Memory Care

Your loved one deserves the best, and that’s what drives us here at Orchard Pointe at Surprise. We offer compassionate memory care services in Surprise for seniors dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Respite Care
