Our Care Philosophy for Assisted Living
Our Carrollton senior living community, opened in May 2024, is the perfect place for individuals to live with freedom while maintaining close access to professional care. Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley provides reliable and personalized assisted living support for seniors who need help with activities of daily living (ADLs). We offer multiple Levels of Care. Before you or your loved one moves in, our team will visit you or your loved one at home and conduct a points-based needs assessment, including your preferences and goals. From that, we determine your Level of Care and create an ideal wellness and care plan. Every member of our team who engages with your loved one proactively monitors your loved one’s condition. If any concerns arise, we will collaboratively build a plan at our weekly resident Spotlight meeting. We proactively engage with our families following our residents’ wishes.
Additionally, Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley is proud to offer Snapshots™, our signature program that provides additional support for assisted living residents with mild cognitive impairment. This program is in the middle ground between assisted living and memory care, providing hands-on guidance and socialization opportunities. By keeping your loved one engaged and involved with frequent activities in their familiar environment, we help slow cognitive decline and promote feelings of wellness and joy.

Waves of flavor and fresh seasonal favorites define dining at Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley. All our delectable dishes and small bites are crafted to provide a full-service restaurant-style experience for our residents. Those in assisted living enjoy three meals per day in our full-service restaurant-style dining room with an outdoor courtyard patio, along with access to snacks and our self-service bistro and coffee bar. Guests are always welcome to join us for meals, and we have a private dining room available for your use as well.
Do you or your loved one have a specific dietary need? Our e-menu system will remind our servers and culinary team of your loved one’s dietary preferences and requirements as they take their order. Our dining experience is centered around our beautiful chef’s station, where our executive chef whips up world-class cuisine on a whim – from personal omelets to hand-carved prime rib. Our culinary team is trained to make whatever our community is craving, ranging from gourmet sandwiches for lunch to tasty chicken dishes for dinner. We regularly take input from our residents on what tastes good and what could be added to our menu, which is updated monthly online.
Mobility, Accessibility, and Transportation
We strive to provide mobility assistance and scheduled transportation services so your loved ones can stay active and live their life with full range.
